There are however some rules that must be adhered to, failure to do so could lead to expulsion from the site:

• You must not promote or extol racial, religious or sexual discrimination, or discrimination of any other nature;
• Your profile must not contain sexually explicit language; this is not a porn site, sexy is ok, porn is not;
• Your profile must not contain sexually explicit images; this is not a porn site, sexy is ok, porn is not;
• You must not use the site’s messenger facility or chat rooms to send advertising materials;
• You must not include in your profile any material that could be considered defamatory towards any other member of the site;

Any conduct reported to the Administrator of livingcollege.com which is inappropriate, or considered to be so, will be carefully examined to verify which category of improper behaviour it corresponds to.
Correspondence to one of the 5 categories of behaviour not tolerated on this site will lead to expulsion of the member concerned from the site. Expulsion may be temporary or permanent depending on the seriousness of the offence.
