Living College (www.livingcollege.com) is a site for university students.

The only way to make certain that the person who registers on the site is
actually a university student is to ask for the e-mail address that was
assigned to him/her by the university.

Following registration this address will be used periodically by the automatic
system of www.livingcollege.com to verify that the person registered is still a
university student; this will be done via the sending of an e-mail of
verification.

For all other types of communication the secondary e-mail address will be used,
unless otherwise specified by the user.

Neither the university e-mail address nor the secondary e-mail address will be
communicated to any third party for publicity, marketing or statistical
purposes.

None of the personal data included in the profile will be communicated to any
third party for publicity, advertising or marketing.

All the site’s statistics are taken on demographic groups and not on
individuals. For example: a disclosable statistic would be “25% of site members
studies at John Doe University”, an undisclosable statistic would be “25% of
site members studies at John Doe University, and tSheir names are: Adam Smith,
Julie Sanders...”

by members if it is the members themselves that disclose the information whilst
chatting, or in a forum, or in any other way.
